All room rates include a full served hot breakfast and all applicable accommodation taxes.
Reservations are highly recommended especially for festival summer weekends.
Should it be necessary to cancel we ask for a minimum 48 hours notice.
Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am.
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate guest pets.
Due to our intimate size cancellations greatly affect our business. When a reservation is made the room is taken out of availability and we refuse business. When situations arise that necessitate a cancellation, we sympathize, however we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
During the summer season (June 1 – September 30) Sunday to Thursday we require 72 hours notice of cancellation prior to check-in. For Friday and Saturday arrivals during this time, we require 7 days notice. 48 hours notice is requested during all other times.
All cancellations, including shortened stays, are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation at any time.
We ask for a minimum 2-night booking during weekends in July and August, as well as all long weekends throughout the year.
